Friday Night

 
5:00 pm Check in — meet and greet.
6:00 pm Pasta Dinner — with all the extras
7:00 pm

Critter Awareness — Ken Bunning. Respect and Awareness of Bears, Moose, Snakes, and Ticks, etc

Vermont's Long Trail: Then and Now— Bill Cooke


Saturday

 
8:00 am Breakfast— Blueberry pancakes, sausage and eggs, etc.* See the sign-up sheet.
9:00 am Hikes along the AT — Form into hiking groups and have a good time just be back in time for lunch and homemade soups!!!
9:00 am - 11:00 am Pack Tuckerization  This is a good time to find out what YOU DO NOT NEED on the trail. 
Noon Lunch— Homemade soups and sandwiches.
1:30 pm - 4:00 pm Thru-hiking Bull Session — Here is your chance to ask those who have completed the Appalachian Trail your questions.  Or, maybe just listen to former thru-hikers expound on how to do it –or not do it!! All thru-hikers are welcome to offer advice.
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm Appalachian Trail Card Game — Ron Burger
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm Appalachian Trail Museum and Hall of Fame —  Julie Queen
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm AT Boundary Work Bob Huff
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Ruck Potluck — You know how it works, everyone brings a dish and we all eat like kings and leave lots for Glen, the caretaker!
7:00 pm
NoRuck Group Picture — Tidy up and comb your hair (if you have some) and smile pretty for the camera. 
7:15 pm Welcome —  Glen, Bears Den; Mike Wingeart, PATC; Dennis Newton, ALDHA.
7:30 pm Raffle — Proceeds will be split between PATC and ALDHA. Jill “IWOX” Byrd, AT 2016 and ALDHA Treasurer.
