Proposed Bylaw changes have been submitted to the membership via email and snail mail (for those that haven't yet ventured on the interwebs). The changes will facilitate an online nomination and election process during the months of August (nomination form) and September (ballot). Again, we'll provide a way for those without email to partake.
Election results will be announced during the annual membership meeting on Sunday morning at the Gathering.
In the event pandemic conditions worsen and restrictions tighten in the Commonwealth of Va., it's possible the Gathering could be called again in which case election results will be posted on the website, and in the newsletter and blaze.
