Our Board of Directors

	Joe Gleason (Hafa Adai) Coordinator/President Biography Location: Weare, NH Joe Gleason is the President/Coordinator of ALDHA, having first joined the organization in January 2022. Later that year, he completed 1,100 miles of a southbound Appalachian Trail hike before being elected Membership Secretary in October 2022. Joe retired in 2021 after a long career in theatre, with additional chapters in construction and IT. He is currently serving as Acting President/CEO of The Music Hall in Portsmouth, NH and is very much looking forward to retiring again, this Summer. His leadership style blends creativity, practicality, and a deep commitment to the long‑distance hiking community.
